Los Puentes

The Los Puentes Office Park is a commercial medical office park and is unlike any suburban office project located in the Sugar Land market area. Driving through the entry of Los Puentes you will see a grand tower. As you pass the tower you will cross over a bridge with wrought iron railings exposing the lake areas in front of the park. Fountains will create a cascade of water in each lake area. The building areas will be grouped in four buildings per pod, with stone exteriors. Views from any of the buildings in each pod will look out on to a center courtyard with beautifully landscaped walkways, giving each building not only a view but lots of natural light. When entering each building a grand staircase with 10-foot high ceilings will be the first thing one sees, along with a relaxing fireplace in each space.
