The Hettig/Kahn Companies was established in November 1977 for the purpose of real estate acquisition, development, and management. Hettig/Kahn perceived the need to pursue new concepts in the investment and development of real estate, combining innovation and creativity with a sense of responsibility to the investor and to the land.
