Ryan E. Hettig has served as Vice President of Development since 2008.  He has 25 years of real estate and property management experience.  His primary responsibilities include locating sites and negotiating contracts for acquisition of such for affordable housing developments, preparing applications for developing and administering tax credit developments, coordinating and overseeing pre-development budgets, timelines and other activities with the development team.  He is also involved with property management oversight and sourcing new management opportunities.  Ryan has a BBA in Marketing from Texas State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
