Ms. Longoria oversees all management activity, including 3 Supervisors, and 19 multifamily properties of varying affordable programs.  Georgeanne joined the company in 1985 as a leasing consultant.  She quickly moved up to  a property manager for new construction and began traveling to other states to hire and train new staff, implement marketing plans and set up the overall operations of the management offices. After the developments were stable, she participated in the due diligence and rehab of 1800 units. She became a property supervisor in 1995 and has been involved with tax credit properties since 1996.  Georgeanne earned her CAPS (Certified Apartment Property Supervisor) designation from the National Apartment Association. She is on the Resident Relations Committee with HAA, serving as Chairperson for 2 years,  and served on the Education Committee as well as the Career and Community Development Committee.  In 2004 she was awarded the distinguished Supervisor of the Year award from HAA.  Overall, Ms. Longoria has over 40 years of property management experience.
