Ms. Cox currently supervises 4 properties and acts as training director for the company.  She has over 23 years of property management experience.  Her responsibilities include direct oversight of property staffs, assistance with marketing and leasing goals, managing accounts receivables and payables, contract negotiations and approval of monthly services along with repair and renovation work, regular progress and financial reports to ownerships, lenders and syndicators, annual budget preparations, annual TDHCA physical inspections and training for property managers/assistant managers on company policies, procedures and software training.
