Ms. Kizer currently supervises six properties and one office park.  Johnna began her career with Hettig Management in 1993 as an on-site leasing professional.  She left due to a sale and joined Sentinel Real Estate.  In her 30 years of experience, she also worked for Beeler Properties and CMI before rejoining the Hettig Management team in 2008.  Her experience includes on-site leasing, assistant manager, property manager, and multi-site property supervisor.  She has overseen lease-up properties, rehab properties, distressed properties, tax credit and conventional properties.  Ms. Kizer has her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM)  designation and has served on the HAA Resident Relations committee since 1998.
