Ms. Sample rejoined Hettig Management Corp. in 2005 for her second term of employment with the company.  She started as a part time leasing consultant in 1990 while attending college and was eventually promoted to assistant manager and manager until her portfolio was sold in 1997.  In total, Robin has over 30 years of property management experience and a BBA from the University of Houston.  Ms. Sample is responsible for supervising six properties, implementing marketing plans for new developments along with assisting on-site staff with compliance issues, resident and vendor relations, budgeting as well as company policies and procedures.  She regularly attends LIHTC compliance courses and industry related courses to keep up with current changes and trends in the industry.
